- assisting the Operations and Delivery Director in the technical integration of new customer accounts
- managing integration and operational queries from customers
- implementing processes to ensure the smooth running of the Operations function
- assisting the Operations and Delivery Director with third-party security audits
- supporting key clients for live broadcast events
- to understand the core products and technical implementation of services
- to gain a good understanding of the industry regulations and ongoing service-related compliance
- assisting the Operations and Delivery Director with policy and process documentation updates
Requirements
- experience in an operations role
- experience within the mobile telecoms industry
- proven track record of working with clients in a high pressure fast paced environment
- have a strong analytical background to identify and understand technical issues
- strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
