Requirements
- professional, clear and confident communicator
- able to work with minimal supervision after learning the job role
- excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- excellent attention to detail
- good personal judgement, able to make decisions and knowing when to escalate upwards
- ability to closely follow procedural and operational manuals
- speaking and interacting with customers on video and audio calls – for this you will require a neat and professional home set-up for video calls
