- the manager is responsible for the day to day running of the business. The manager is also responsible for managing staff training, and rostering. The manager is responsible for shadowing and induction of new staff
- the manager is also responsible for monitoring the health and safety in the company. Staff recruitment and monitoring including appraisals. The manger is also responsible for rostering and the induction and shadowing of staff
- the manager is also responsible for implementing the company's health and safety policies, staff appraisals and monitoring the performance, absence and sickness record etc
- manager must have a DBS check, Level 5 in leadership and management in the domiciliary sector, at least 2years experience, must have registered with SCW, must be a driver, must have a prof of address, passport and the right to work in the UK
