Responsibility
we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of previous bar management experience
the pub is open from 3pm daily and closes at 11pm weekdays and midnight at weekends
we are a small independent business with approx 18 staff and have been established for over 30 years. We are a friendly pub with an adjoining busy, large capacity alternative nightclub
in addition to normal bar duties, some of the responsibilities for this role include cellar management, dealing with deliveries, keyholder responsibilities and providing friendly customer service
the candidate must be self-motivated, have a common-sense attitude and be reliable and trustworthy as the role includes working alone at times and being a responsible decision maker
the hours can be extremely flexible if desired. It can include shifts in the adjoining nightclub which is open until 2am on a Thursday, Friday & Saturday night in addition to shifts in the pub, rota worked out to ensure a good work/life balance
there is no accommodation with this role therefore a local resident is preferred & interviews are being conducted in person at the venue
