develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and expansion
identify new market opportunities and potential clients
build and maintain strong customer relationships
provide management of special development projects
monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress towards business goals
creation of strategy and tactics for creation of a new brand within the aviation software and technology, working closely with the CTO and software engineers
raise seed and institutional investment for the new brand; creation of marketing materials including research and a business plan for the new brand
Requirements
proven experience in project management and business development in start-up businesses
strong understanding of market dynamics and trends
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
history of successfully raising venture capital funding for start-ups/scale-ups
ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, including experience negotiating with C-suite - Strong negotiation skills
analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
