- develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and expansion

- creation of strategy and tactics for creation of a new brand within the aviation software and technology, working closely with the CTO and software engineers
- raise seed and institutional investment for the new brand; creation of marketing materials including research and a business plan for the new brand
Requirements
- proven experience in project management and business development in start-up businesses
- strong understanding of market dynamics and trends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- history of successfully raising venture capital funding for start-ups/scale-ups
- ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels, including experience negotiating with C-suite - Strong negotiation skills
- analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
