Responsibility
- flying Logistics Air Cargo Ltd is an international freight solutions company with a headquarters located in Essex, dealing with sea freight
- communicating with clients to give them updates on the containers via email, WeChat and phone
- we are seeking one office administrator to join the dynamic team, working on ETSF and fleet operation in our Wolverhampton warehouse
- schedule HGV drivers’ rotas and route to maximise efficiency including back-loading, control costs and meet agreed target
- submitting a Devan request on arrival to the warehouse
- manage disputes & complaints through resolution or escalation
- taking photos of the container and sending them through to the client for proof of arrival
- ensure the accuracy of information entered to minimise disputes and maximise business efficiency
Requirements
- experience in ETSF Warehousing and Destin8 is preferable but not necessary
