Responsibility
- raising purchase orders
- liaising with suppliers to expedite purchase orders
- inputting supplier acknowledgement dates
- work closely with Operations, advising on late deliveries
- work with accounts to resolve any invoicing issues
- general admin duties
- answering the telephones, assisting customers, or directing the call onwards to the relevant person
- advising management of any supplier issues/problems
Requirements

- ability to work on their own and be proactive
