ensure operational processes and procedures are maintained
lead and support work crew to carry out daily routines and practices

acting as point of escalation for Site crew/client and internal stakeholders
support auditing of our works processes to ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements
managing works planning, ensuring all crews have work and planned up to 1 month in advance
oversee logs books and vehicle checks
to collate and update the data capture from all works carried out and to update the Contracts manager on a weekly basis. Reporting any issues/problems immediately

Requirements

minimum 1 years experience in the drainage industry
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
previous experience managing a team
