Responsibility
- in this role, you're the CEO of Search and set the roadmap to grow the channel efficiently
- running a smooth in-housing process that keeps performance strong whilst this process is underway
- creating and managing paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads to achieve our CACs
- informing copy, creative and landing page decisions that are focused on driving high conversion rate and therefore CAC for your channel
- owning strategy, execution, and reporting for Search marketing, currently one of our biggest and most scalable marketing channels – including scaling with keyword expansion, new strategies, landing page optimizations, and more
- contributing to regular reporting on channel performance, including OKRs and roadmap progress
- staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate these into paid search strategies
- this role is a full-time role, with a combination of remote working and the requirement to visit FLOWERBX locations, as required
