Responsibility

  • developing, leading and delivering the marketing and communications strategy for
  • this is a fantastic opportunity to lead our Marketing & Communications team and be an active part of our Senior Management Team as the charity grows to meet our ambitious plans to expand hospice care provision in Buckinghamshire and its borders
  • you will be leading and developing our marketing activity to raise awareness of hospice care and the charity and working closely with our Fundraising, Retail and Volunteering teams to support their activity and help them meet their objectives
  • embedding our brand and communications guidelines into the organisation will be a key part of the role so candidates will need to be able to build relationships with key stakeholders and able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences
  • the successful candidate must be able to evidence experience of leading a marketing team, working on multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines
