shared email inbox management– Action and reply to email orders and queries in a timely manner
tracking – providing tracking information to customers by email or portal upload
liaise with supply chain team for inbound stock updates and increases in demand for items
processing and coordinating shipments from the UK office
customer Service - Phone, email & customer portals. Handling warranty claims, returns and shipment errors
management of day to day relations with 3PL and Floortex owned warehouses
spreadsheet management – management of central spreadsheet for all sales orders for out of stock, order entry, out of stock, shipment, tracking, additional charges and invoicing
