Responsibility
- processing sales orders from retailers
- shared email inbox management– Action and reply to email orders and queries in a timely manner
- tracking – providing tracking information to customers by email or portal upload
- liaise with supply chain team for inbound stock updates and increases in demand for items
- processing and coordinating shipments from the UK office
- customer Service - Phone, email & customer portals. Handling warranty claims, returns and shipment errors
- management of day to day relations with 3PL and Floortex owned warehouses
- spreadsheet management – management of central spreadsheet for all sales orders for out of stock, order entry, out of stock, shipment, tracking, additional charges and invoicing
