  • GCSE or equivalent

Responsibility

  • working closely with our Management Team from learning the business to assisting with general office requirements
  • assist Managing Director with administration requirements
  • responding to client queries via phone or email
  • compiling documents for preparation of quotations
  • creation and return of all quotations within specified time to client
  • carry out pre-site surveys
  • assist in ordering materials for projects, liaising with suppliers
  • organise and programming labour for floor fitters

Requirements

  • experience within the flooring industry would be beneficial but not essential
  • full UK Driving Licence
  • able to multi task and be very organised
  • strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • maintain good relationships with current and prospective clients
  • estimating: 3 years
  • contract management: 3 years
