Responsibility
- working closely with our Management Team from learning the business to assisting with general office requirements
- assist Managing Director with administration requirements
- responding to client queries via phone or email
- compiling documents for preparation of quotations
- creation and return of all quotations within specified time to client
- carry out pre-site surveys
- assist in ordering materials for projects, liaising with suppliers
- organise and programming labour for floor fitters
Requirements
- experience within the flooring industry would be beneficial but not essential
- full UK Driving Licence
- able to multi task and be very organised
- strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- maintain good relationships with current and prospective clients
- estimating: 3 years
- contract management: 3 years
