- agree a full specification for the project with the client, including scope, sign-off procedure, budget and timelines
- to create environments in which we and our customers can be successful, delivering value through secure, lean, automated operations whilst looking for opportunities for innovation
- share in-depth Google Workspace expertise to support the technical relationship with our customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination and prioritisation of solutions impacting customer adoption of Google Cloud
- consult with clients to establish their actual needs and ensure that what we are quoting for meets those needs; proactively advise customers on the most appropriate solution to meet their requirements
- ensure clients are fully aware of Green Ink scheduling requirements, time allocation and deadlines for client response
- work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed for customers including interactions with our teams to make movement on getting issues resolved
- maintain, build and develop relationships within existing clients
- establish and develop relationships within new clients
- present to clients either in person or over Skype/Microsoft Teams/Zoom/phone as required
- ensure Production Manager and Project Managers are fully aware of client requirements/specifications
Requirements
- excellent understanding of technology and security fundamentals
- experience in Google Workspace or GCP
- experience with on-premise and cloud-based mail delivery, routing, and filtering technologies
