flo Office Support Limited are an accountants/bookkeeping company based in Rochford, Essex. Providing both an ad-hoc and bespoke services to various companies ranging from construction, beauty, antiques, nightclubs and many more
general administrative duties as and when needed
undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, printing, photocopying, scanning, setting up new folders and making phone calls
preparation and submission of monthly CIS returns and monthly and quarterly VAT returns
liaising directly with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
reconciliations of bank statements and credit card statements
Requirements
good communication skills - verbal and written
proficient in using Sage50 Accounts and Sage50 Payroll
good standard of numeracy
good knowledge of CIS
high standard of literacy
good knowledge of Domestic Reverse Charge VAT
excellent organisational skills
previous accountancy experience
