Responsibility

- general administrative duties as and when needed
Show more +4 - undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, printing, photocopying, scanning, setting up new folders and making phone calls
- preparation and submission of monthly CIS returns and monthly and quarterly VAT returns
- liaising directly with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- reconciliations of bank statements and credit card statements
Requirements
- good communication skills - verbal and written
- proficient in using Sage50 Accounts and Sage50 Payroll
- good standard of numeracy

- excellent organisational skills
- previous accountancy experience
- A keen eye for detail
- A Level qualification

- knowledge and experience of general bookkeeping duties
