Responsibility
- be the primary point of contact for all customer order book queries
- maintain customer order books with the latest delivery promises
- update customer portals and spreadsheets in a timely manner
- participate in customer order book meetings
- assist in the loading of customer orders and raising of sales orders
- assist in the maintenance and updating of customer Annual Price Lists
- assist in the loading of quotations into the company business system
- maintain the customer contact list and update the company CRM system
Requirements
- qualification in English and Maths is essential
- qualification in Business Studies and/or Sales Administration is desirable
- proven track record of sales order book administration
- knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems and procedures
- strong communication and relationship building
- excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task, prioritise work and work to tight deadlines
- good attention to detail; maintaining high standards for delivery, quality & accuracy of information
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
