Responsibility
- responding to incoming support enquiries by phone, email, and live chat
- responding to post-sales queries and supporting customers to continue to use our system
- maintaining customer records within the CRM system
- coordinating account set-ups on our learning management system
- providing technical assistance where required
- management of accounts post sale
- managing our live chat function after-hours, on a rotational basis
Requirements
- excellent customer service skills, and preferably some experience in a customer-facing environment
- strong communication skills – verbally and written
- good telephone manner
- preferably some experience using a CRM system
- A positive, can-do attitude and approach to work
- familiarity with e-learning would be desirable
- no agencies please
