- the role entails giving person centered care, to both males and females with showers, helping to get dressed, toileting, helping with meals and prompting medication, thinking outside of the box and how we can enable them to stay safe and independent at home
- we provide a safe environment to work in, providing all required PPE, and have high standards for infection control and in doing so protect our client' and staff
- we have an amazing community team - a great reputation and have achieved a Good rating with CQC for how we care for our client' and staff
