- we provide in house training, induction and professional development including attainment of the Care Certificate
- we do require a DBS check so please make us aware of anything likely to show up on a check
- the caring business continues to grow and we are looking for dedicated people to come and help our client' live their best life in the comfort of their own home
- working in care is never what you expect it to be as no two days are the same, so we expect you to be resilient and committed - these are, after all, people we are working with
- collectively, the Management have many years experience in the Caring Industry, and offer our staff support, guidance and mentor-ship
- the role entails giving person centered care, to both males and females with showers, helping to get dressed, toileting, helping with meals and prompting medication, thinking outside of the box and how we can enable them to stay safe and independent at home
- we provide a safe environment to work in, providing all required PPE, and have high standards for infection control and in doing so protect our client' and staff
