Responsibility
deputising in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring consistency of delivery in their absence
spot, nurture and develop talent within the existing team
attract, train and positively influence new members to drive employee retention
managing the planning and forecasting of stock levels and orders, ensuring compliance to our internal systems
guarantee that food safety standards are adhered to
being motivated to collaborate with the Executive Head Chef to develop new menu ideas, create plans that maximise revenue and drive the quality of our experience
must be able to work on or manage different stations on the line, as well as work with a variety of ingredients, equipment, and processes
A clear and versatile communication style to ensure the whole team consistently works hard for you on delivering the overall Fleur de Lys vision
