Responsibility

  • you will very quickly you become a primary point of contact for some of the clients across a diverse portfolio
  • you will provide coaching and support to junior members of the team
  • you will be an important team member of a high performing tax compliance and advisory team and will enjoy working with an amazing selection of clients
  • you will work closely with your colleagues to deliver a high-quality corporation tax compliance service to your clients and liaise extensively with HMRC on any related Tax matters
  • you will be involved in a range of technical matters to include transsfer pricing, R&D tax relief, capital allowances, EIS/SEIS, group reorganisations, shareholder reorganisations, international tax matters and acquisitions & disposals
