Requirements

  • at least 4 years’ experience in litigation
  • ability to maintain an up to date, detailed understanding of each case including its background and documents
  • taking responsibility for own workload and meeting personal and team deadlines
  • keeping the confidence of colleagues by maintaining a high standard of work and remaining organised
  • disclosure review / Document review experience
  • ability to conduct legal research and drafting research notes
  • drafting and proof-reading case related documents including letters, emails, witness statements and court forms
  • sitting in on client meetings/ calls and taking detailed notes

Responsibility

  • assisting with invoicing and disbursement payments
  • assisting with general paralegal and administrative tasks in an effective and timely manner
