Requirements
- proven experience in Operations Management, preferably within a face paced environment with strong warehouse knowledge
- strong leadership and team management skills with experience developing and mentoring staff
- excellent understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and Logistics software
- knowledge of H&S, and compliance standards relevant to Warehouse Operations
Responsibility
- establish and track Operational metrics and KPIs for performance oversight
- manage stock movements between multiple internal warehouses
- disposal and clearance of old or obsolete products
- provide cover and undertake additional duties as required
- bonded warehouse setup and compliance with regulatory/legal requirements
- drive warehouse shift scheduling improvements and staff recruitment
- collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless business operations
- oversee and implement Warehouse layout improvements
