- highly organised – essential for the effective management of busy and ever-changing clinics
- problem Solving – ability to deal with all problems that arise in the clinics in a calm and professional manner
- decision Making - ability to expect the unexpected and to be able to act accordingly making apporopriate decisions

Responsibility
- managing inventory - ensuring clinical materials and other products are ordered on time and adequate stock levels are maintained
- liaising with external suppliers and tradespeople about improvements within the clinic, and checking the suitability of new clinic locations
- managing the diaries of all podiatrits
