- organise project ‘kick-off’ meetings and get answers to questions raised
- ensure materials and long lead orders are placed and monitored to ensure timely delivery
- ensure manufacturing drawings are approved prior to issue to the workshop
- organise office workloads to enable targets to be met
- monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met and client queries resolved
- liaising with clients to channel questions, arrange installation, provide information etc
- involvement with scheduling site activities
