  • bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in civil/structural design
  • strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software
  • proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software for the preparation of engineering drawings
  • excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards
  • structural Engineering Design: 5 years

Responsibility

  • management: This position will act as a guide and mentor to graduate and junior engineers
  • project Planning: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful project execution and delivery
  • risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential hazards and vulnerabilities in critical infrastructure and defence projects
  • quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of engineering deliverables
  • structural Analysis: Conduct advanced structural analysis using state-of-the-art software and tools to evaluate the performance and integrity of different systems and components under dynamic loading conditions
