Responsibility

  • provide excellent service to customers calling our Contact Centre, resolving queries at the first point of contact
  • answer calls politely, quickly, and efficiently, adhering to call answering targets and GDPR procedures
  • accurately log details of all calls for new and existing jobs, ensuring appropriate action is taken or escalated

  • full trade apprenticeship, or NVQ Level 2 within a relevant trade or equivalent, including experience within carpentry
  • full, clean UK driving licence with willingness to travel across company properties

  • ability to complete a broad range of carpentry tasks, including repairs, installation of doors, windows, and skirting, and kitchen or bathroom fitting as required in void properties
