- job Purpose
- to develop Quantity Surveying skills and knowledge with the support the Commercial Department to learn how deliver financial control and assessment of each project prior to, and during, the construction phase of the project
- the Role Holder will develop the skills and qualifications required to assist the Commercial Department with all Quantity Surveying duties to ensure that the department deliver projects in line with the Cost Plan
- comply with all company policies and procedures
Requirements

- GCE A level – BCC
- BTEC Diploma / BTEC Higher National Diploma / Foundation Degree
- main Duties
- the Quantity Surveying apprenticeship you will study towards a BSc Quantity Degree Apprenticeship over 5 years, blending theoretical knowledge with applied professional skills and competencies
- be driven and enthusiastic towards learning, developing practical skills and developing Construction and Commercial knowledge
- demonstrate punctuality, good time management, good interpersonal skills, and a passion for learning the Quantity Surveying profession
- participate in any internal and external courses, classes and workshops as organised by FK
