Electrical Project / Commissioning EngineerSalary: £35,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)Hours: 39 hours per weekBased: East KilbrideWe are looking for a talented individual to become part of our Clients Electrical Projects team, reporting directly to the Electrical Engineering Manager. You will have at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.To be considered for this role you will have experience, knowledge, and flair in the following:The ability to read, fully understand and design electrical schematicsThe ability to work to fixed deadlines with regards to release of drawings and part purchaseTo travel for 3 to 4 months of the year, covering most areas around the globe (South/North America, Europe, China, South Africa, Asia, etc)Diagnose and troubleshoot Electromechanical systemsThe use of computers for communication/design/purchasingDistinct advantages in the following:Previous experience of electrical CAD softwareAn understanding of analogue electronic circuits and componentsProgramming of PLC control systems (Siemens S7-1200/1500; Rockwell Micro/Compact/Control Logix)Experience of Hydraulic systems and componentsForeign language skillsThe role of Project Engineer will include (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:Establish and maintain EPLAN Template schematic projects for standard machinesStandard Project Purchasing and help with Special Project purchasing when requiredQuote request generation to suppliers and maintaining accurate parts-listsLabel and Marker manufacture for WorkshopFAT and pre-shipping inspection, with customer, as requiredTechnical Documentation for creation of manuals (collating machine specific information; management of draw
