Responsibility
- five Fox Lane ldt is looking for a Shop Manager to join our team in Leicester
- oversee daily operations of the shop to ensure that all staff members are meeting company standards for productivity and customer satisfaction
- we are a small family-owned business that has been in business for over 50 years

- work with other shop staff to ensure that the shop operates as a team
- manage inventory and supplies as needed. Ordering, ordering, receiving, shipping, inventory control
- maintain a clean and orderly work area. Clean equipment and supplies when needed. Trash removal throughout the day
- help other staff members as needed
- assist other store manager as needed
Requirements
- ability to work well under pressure and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- management experience is preferred but not required. The ability to learn quickly is a huge bonus
- supervising experience: 1 year
