Responsibility

  • to manage a Fleet consisting of, HGV's, Trailers, Vans, Cars and Forklifts
  • vehicle lifecycle management from procurement of appropriate vehicle through in-life maintenance and disposal
  • ensure all vehicles are adequately maintained, repaired, serviced, MOT'd, Insured etc
  • maintain tracking information
  • utilise and analyse data
  • ensuring all internal systems are maintained and up to date with the correct vehicle fleet data
  • asset monitoring, tracking and logging to ensure the right equipment is in the right place at the right time
  • assisting with the processing of Transport-related invoices in a timely manner

Requirements

  • certificate of Professional Competence
  • transport management: 3 years
  • fleet Management: 3 years
  • fleet maintenance records: 1 year
