Responsibility
- we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Flooring Estimator to join our dynamic and supportive commercial flooring team
- you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional service as part of the Fitout Flooring team and will be responsible for estimating, measuring, and quote building projects for our clients
- you must have the ability to prioritize tasks to meet schedules, be detail oriented, have strong customer relations skills and have knowledge of all estimating processes and materials to complete a flooring project
- attending site when necessary for measuring and project meeting
- issuing quotations and maintain a good working relationship with clients
Requirements
- previous experience as a successful Estimator with a background in Flooring
- experience using estimating software - Callidus
- at least 3-5 years of experience in estimating for the flooring industry
- ability to read and understand project drawings and specifications
- strong math and analytical skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- able to accurately develop the estimate at a level relative to the complexity of the project
- estimating: 2 years
