Responsibility
- support the ecommerce manager to execute the ecommerce strategy
- researching and analysing market trends and competitors
- upload products and ranges in bulk and maintain website content, images, video, pricing and promotions
- continually optimise digital touch points to improve efficiency and ensure customers have a reason to return to the site
- to continuously identify and implement content improvements in co-ordination with the marketing team
- assist in the development of campaigns, building and optimising landing pages
- maintain accurate product information, including timely updates to promotions, out of stock or discontinued items
- to update the website with agreed trading actions and suggest opportunities on your area of responsibility
Requirements
- experience of content management systems
- an understanding of bounce, exit, open, click through, conversion rates and other key Ecommerce metrics
- excellent writing skills & the ability to write product descriptions, category content and editorial content
- methodical, organised, able to multi task and to prioritise workload effectively
- excellent verbal and written communication. I.T literate
- strong Excel capability and comfortable with Google sheets / slides, Trello and other shared content platforms
- exceptional attention to detail
- can work at pace
