Responsibility

  • looking for a chef/cook for the upcoming summer season at Fish & Grill. Experience preferred, but full training will be provided
  • chef responsibilities include
  • prepare dishes as per the menu
  • set up the kitchen
  • clean down the kitchen in accordance with Health&safety requirements
  • work long hours
  • slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests
  • monitor food stock and place orders
