  • monitor and reconcile supplier statements, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
  • assist in the preparation of payment runs, ensuring all payments are made in accordance with supplier terms
  • liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • reconcile credit card statements and staff expense forms against relevant receipts
  • maintain accurate filing systems and provide support for audits and other financial reviews
  • assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring all supplier accounts are accurately reconciled and any outstanding issues are resolved
