maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all invoices and payments
monitor and reconcile supplier statements, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
assist in the preparation of payment runs, ensuring all payments are made in accordance with supplier terms
liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
reconcile credit card statements and staff expense forms against relevant receipts
maintain accurate filing systems and provide support for audits and other financial reviews
assist in the month-end closing process, ensuring all supplier accounts are accurately reconciled and any outstanding issues are resolved

to support business directors with administrative duties
to support sales department with sales queries and quotations
to keep the organisational data and consumer information confidential
to undertake general administrative duties, including opening and sending mail, emails, faxes etc
to assess and resolve enquiries, requests, and complaints, primarily on the telephone, but also by other electronic access channels, to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact, unless specialist knowledge or further investigation is required
to retain the existing customers by building rapport and providing customer satisfaction. To listen to the consumer query with patience and not to assume the problem yourself
to maintain proper records of all the transactions/sales/complaints/orders cancellations that have taken place and to ensure a proper follow up as and when required
to direct the customer to the right person in-charge , if handling the query is beyond your authority, so that the solution is attained immediately
