Requirements

- minimum 2 years’ experience of complaint handling or back office function within Financial Services organisation

Responsibility
- role Title: Officer Manager
- potential for Hybrid working to be supported but the expectation to be on site at least 3/4 days a week to start
- location: Onsite Derby, England. Travel to other sites may be required on occasion
- manage a team of Back Office operations staff and ensure smooth running of the Backoffice, with Leadership quality and attention to detail as core qualities
