Requirements

we are appointing a Business Development Manager to support this growth plan
insurance experience is not essential, although Financial Services background is advantageous
A competitive bonus will be available based on achieving the agreed targets
whilst already partnering with many well-known Estate Agency & Financial Service brands, we have ambitious plans to accelerate our growth over the next 2-3 years
reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for designing & executing a strategy to increase both referrals into First2Protect, and the number of mortgage brokers selling our insurance products
more importantly, we are looking for a proactive individual with B2B experience, the hunger to win accounts, far exceed targets and play a key role in growing the business
