Responsibility
- acquisition of new opportunities
- identify & acquire new introducer partnerships in line with the F2P budget & strategy
- draft business case to justify the opportunity
- manage contractual negotiations
- work with the head of Operations to develop the integration of leads from new lead sources
- account management
- complete broker visits, introducer reviews and attend roadshows
- manage and develop relationships with all key introducers, supported by a Business Executive
Requirements
- first2Protect are a leading nationwide insurance broker, specialising in the provision of property insurance advice to 70,000 existing customers
- we are appointing a Business Development Manager to support this growth plan
- insurance experience is not essential, although Financial Services background is advantageous
- A competitive bonus will be available based on achieving the agreed targets
- whilst already partnering with many well-known Estate Agency & Financial Service brands, we have ambitious plans to accelerate our growth over the next 2-3 years
- reporting into the Managing Director, you will be responsible for designing & executing a strategy to increase both referrals into First2Protect, and the number of mortgage brokers selling our insurance products
- more importantly, we are looking for a proactive individual with B2B experience, the hunger to win accounts, far exceed targets and play a key role in growing the business
