  • first Trace is an award-winning family business, based in the Docklands area in Preston and are suppliers of underfloor heating and electrical trace heating
  • we are searching for a full time Customer Support Champion Team Leader to motivate, lead and develop the team and drive continuous improvement in their area

Requirements

  • team leader/supervisory: 2 years
  • solid communication skills and the natural ability to form strong working relationships at all levels is essential to this role; our office environment is informal in nature
  • our customer base is largely from the plumbing/building trade so we would describe our approach as friendly and down to earth rather than corporate
