- proactively manage the credit control function, ensuring timely collections and reducing outstanding debt
- analyze customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes

- monitor and report on the credit risk of clients and propose necessary actions
- implement and maintain efficient credit control policies and procedures

Requirements
- previous experience in credit control or a related financial role
- competency in Excel and Sage is essential
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ideally possess a degree in Finance or Mathematics; however, relevant experience in credit control is more important

- effective communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to debt collection
