Responsibility

  • answer telephone and email enquiries and queries
  • liaise with Managing Director and Business Manager
  • liaise with distributors and retailers -this is the primary role
  • to communicate with both existing, customers who have ceased trading with us and to develop new customers by offering our products and services. A Set KPI targets will be set
  • manage the Database Manager for keeping up with pricing and contact details of existing customers and to be used for creating new accounts for new customers
  • we are a small business and as such you will be expected to perform other duties required to meet business needs to include making up of equipment and dispatching to customers
