Responsibility
- managing an existing customer base with a strong emphasis on maximising business development opportunities whilst ensuring service excellence
- retaining and growing our customer base by understanding the needs and business challenges of your customers to identify new business opportunities
- achieving monthly sales targets and supporting those around you to do the same
- maintaining regular contact with customers and account managing all aspects of the sale process from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction throughout
Requirements
- at least 1 years’ experience in a previous sales role
- A consultative sales approach and creative problem-solving skills
- highly motivated with a passion for working in an energetic sales environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- good team player with the ability to support and encourage others to succeed
- digital marketing experience an advantage but not essential
