Responsibility

  • A general knowledge of craft beers, cocktail making & wines. You must know your IPA's from your porters

  • we are looking for a full time bar & restaurant supervisor to help run our busy craft beer & Thai food venue
  • established in 2012 Firefly in the heart of Balham, we have been serving locals and people form further afield with great beer, awesome cocktails and Thai food to die for
  • we are looking for someone who lives locally and has minimum 2 years experience supervising or as a senior team member in a similar venue. A personal license is preferred but not essential
  • A great, customer focused, fun loving personality is needed. Working and leading a small team of staff is crucial to the position
