as a Senior Showroom Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring an outstanding customer experience in our showroom
you will be responsible for managing a small team, overseeing daily operations, and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
you don’t need to know everything about tiles, bathrooms and paint, but having a creative flair with an eye for colour would be an advantage
address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
provide regular reports to senior management regarding sales performance and showroom operations
