Responsibility

  • operations Administrator
  • this role will work directly with the MD to support operations across the business, consulting with the relevant departments to achieve client & company expectations
  • this individual will be responding to the requests of high-profile clients within the Fire and Security Industry, whilst also meeting the financial, operational and group expectations of Firecheck Contracts Ltd
  • lead the development and implementation of operational procedures for the Suppression Fire division to drive efficiency and accuracy and meet KPI requirements
  • coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics

Requirements

  • strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • proficient in using Google Suite
  • previous experience transcribing meeting notes is preferred
  • experience within an operational environment
  • experience working with suppliers, sub-contractors, engineering teams and office teams
  • familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures
  • knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
