this role will work directly with the MD to support operations across the business, consulting with the relevant departments to achieve client & company expectations
this individual will be responding to the requests of high-profile clients within the Fire and Security Industry, whilst also meeting the financial, operational and group expectations of Firecheck Contracts Ltd
lead the development and implementation of operational procedures for the Suppression Fire division to drive efficiency and accuracy and meet KPI requirements
coordinate and assist with event planning and logistics
Requirements
strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
excellent written and verbal communication skills
proficient in using Google Suite
previous experience transcribing meeting notes is preferred
experience within an operational environment
experience working with suppliers, sub-contractors, engineering teams and office teams
familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures
knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
