Responsibility
- installation, Service and maintenance of Fire suppression equipment For Mobile and Fixed installations
- undergo a full training program covering all aspects of the Engineers role, supervised by a lead Engineer or Technical Manager
- undertaking scheduled maintenance and servicing of installed equipment

- we are looking for an experienced Service and Installation Engineer to add to our growing team of engineers. You will be a member of a strong team installing, commissioning and maintaining bespoke fire suppression systems
- to help with the training of employees at certain sites as required
- installation of Fire Suppression systems to a standard deemed acceptable to Fire Shield systems and to try to surpass these standards at all times where possible
- installation of bespoke fire suppression systems - the successful candidate will be required to assist on installation of both the mechanical and detection systems
- feedback processes and skills learnt in the field that are beneficial for all employees and relaying these bests practices to the Lead Engineer or Technical Manager
- manage his/her own Van stock requirements when training is complete. Submit all parts requests or parts defects to the Ops Co Ordinator
- treat with care and maintain any tooling issued by Fire Shield Systems to a high standard notifying the Technical Manager of any issues at the earliest possible opportunity
- conduct oneself in a professional and safe manner at all times to mitigate any damage to the reputation of Fire Shield Systems
Requirements
- 3 GCSE’s Grade 4 or above
- willingness to be working away and travelling nationwide as the business needs require
- relevant industrial experience

- IPAF Training
- ability to manage small teams of engineers

- additional training will be given to successful candidate

- A full training program will be provided to provide necessary experience, knowledge and skills
- confident interacting with customers
- earnings including overtime up to £45,000 per year
