- A successful organisation operating in the construction industry is recruiting for an experienced IT Manager to join their busy team
- you will manage and mentor a Junior IT support person to achieve this
- main Roles & Responsibilities
- operational IT management for organisation, inclusive of helpdesk service
- line management of IT staff; including mentoring, appraisals, and performance reviews
- as the IT Manager, you will take responsibility for delivery of the organisation's IT systems, inclusive of operations, support, infrastructure, communications, applications, and projects
- developing an organisational IT strategy
- responsible for the successful implementation of IT projects

- proven experience of managing a multi-faceted IT department within a multi-location organisation
- experience managing and developing IT staff
- budget management experience
