Responsibility

  • prepare packing lists/invoices/shipping documents for wholesale customers and internal transfers
  • organise and monitor all delivery bookings with wholesale clients to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders
  • manage and provide resolution for all delivery discrepancies when advised by the customer
  • receipting in purchase orders on the WMS
  • ensure the WMS is updated with all shipping and stock movements
  • assist with inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy
  • respond to customer queries on Zendesk
  • answer office and customer service phone

Requirements

  • excellent customer service over email and telephone
  • strong attention to detail, taking a proactive approach towards work and resolving issues
