- location: Kara Foodservice, Manchester
- in your role you will be accountable for the daily operational aspect of your designated line/area
- we have an opportunity for a Production First Line Manager to join our Operations Team at Kara Foodservice as part of Finsbury Food Group
- established in 1985, Kara offers a wide range of quality sweet and savoury bakery products, including both gourmet butter and vegan brioche buns, doughballs and teacakes
- the successful candidate will have experience in managing people including leading a team
- the Production First Line Manager will work as part of Operations Team managing a team of people and ensuring that Health and Safety and food safety standards are met
- to be successful in this this role, they will also have analytical and problem-solving skills for breakdowns, quality or waste issues
