  • engage with all global teams to track and manage the OKR structure
  • engagement with Sales function ensuring client pipeline and project ‘kick off' dates are mapped and prioritised appropriately
  • own resourcing/project allocation schedule across all global teams allowing all teams to be informed and updated
  • ensure that all research and origination teams are mapped to client projects according to global location and client priorities
  • oversee project workflow from initiation of project to completion
  • ensure all project data is maintained, correct and updated in a timely manner
  • manage client data and case study updates
  • monitor and track resource activity and project time tracking across all global teams
