  • ordering of all parts for and processing of parts on arrival
  • managing parts deliveries and inventories across both sites
  • liaising with VDAs, Management and Technicians to ensure successful parts ordering and delivery

  • motor Claims knowledge including a basic understanding of insurance principles
  • good working knowledge of computerised damage estimating systems, including Audatex
  • good spoken and written communication skills

  • positive and self-confident approach when dealing with our customers
