to ensure that all customers are treated in a courteous and efficient manner
to ensure that customers receive a high standard of service at all times and responding to customer complaints and comments
to ensure that all instructions by the Garden Centre Manager are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
to ensure Sales Assistants work efficiently and are focused on their work tasks
ensure sales assistants know the plant area layout and can help customers find the plants and products they require
to act as part of the garden centre management team including as Duty Manager when required
tour the plant area regularly to ensure high standards of housekeeping and merchandising
ensure the plant area is stocked, replenished and cleaned as needed
