Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within proptech, SaaS, or tech industries
  • proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • strong consultative selling skills and the ability to close complex deals
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • experience working with CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and track activity
  • ability to work independently, but also thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Responsibility

  • end-to-End Sales Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and discovery to negotiating and closing deals
  • new Business Development: Identify, engage, and close new customers across the construction and property industries, maintaining a full sales pipeline through active prospecting and lead generation
